WHY I BECAME AN INTEGRATED ATTACHMENT THEORY COACH
The painful ending of a relationship with a dismissive avoidant is what first led me into the world of attachment theory. What began as a search for answers became a deep commitment to understanding dismissive avoidant attachment, eventually leading me to become certified in Integrated Attachment Theory. Today, I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work, helping dismissive avoidant individuals heal at the root, while also supporting those navigating dismissive avoidant dynamics as they gain clarity, rebuild self-trust, and move toward healthier relationships.
